Quality Control Associate

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Location: Tangent, OR

We’re currently seeking a Quality Control Associate for a local seed production company. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality through careful evaluation, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities may include:

Evaluating X-ray results in a small lab environment

Verifying quality at various stages of seed production

Documenting and communicating findings accurately

Physical Requirements & Skills:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Bending, twisting, reaching, squatting as needed

Occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling, or tilting up to 30 lbs

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to see and assess small seed details, with or without a microscope
