If you find yourself at the cross section of musical genius and annoyingly catchy pop, you’ve found your people.

Here at Empire, we dig good bad music, early 2000’s movie quotes, competitive sports, fantasy novels, all mixed with a dash of social awkwardness. These cool(?) things take up exactly 1% of your time. The other 99% is sitting in front of a computer sifting through a complicated set of rules that make as much sense as a Christopher Nolan script.

We are hiring a Product Specialist. In this role, you’ll help handle the intake of orders from our customers. This includes sourcing products from the most appropriate vendor and coordinating via phone & email with vendors and customers. Your efforts will add value by lowering practitioners’ costs and ensuring patients receive life-improving medical devices in a timely manner.

Empire provides orthotic & prosthetic devices to the professionals who fit them. Every day we try and set the standard for customer service in our industry. Compensation starting at $17/hr

Full time, Monday - Friday

Medical/Dental/Vision coverage paid at 100%

Unlimited Paid Time Off

Electric sit-stand desk, three high resolution monitors, and anything else you need to be effective and comfortable

WFH available after 1 year of experience in office
