Powder Coater

We are a full-service metal fabrication shop, we provide the highest quality metal fabrication builds and take pride in our craftsmanship. Our busy shop is looking for an Experienced Powder coater. We have a wide variety of jobs that run through our shop, which makes everyday different!

Applicant must be a motivated hardworking individual. This person must be able to work well with team members, vendors and clients. Must have a positive and helpful attitude.

This person will be responsible for:

Maintaining and improving powder coating processes

Ensure quality assurance of finished powder coated components

Assembly of product

General and preventative maintenance of the equipment

Maintain shop organization and cleanliness

Open communication to management including possible issues with equipment

Consistently produce quality workmanship as judged by Company standards

Able lift minimum 70lbs, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, pull and push carts

Shipping and packaging of finished goods to match customer expectation

Open to new ideas and change as well as providing recommendations for process improvement

40 hours per week, some overtime may be required
