Press Operator Assistant $26.07/HR

Maintenance Technician $25.01 - $43.06/HR

Maintenance Technician:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production and plant equipment

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime

Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using schematics and diagnostic tools

Install and repair wiring, components, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment

Document maintenance activities and order necessary repair parts

Operate hand tools, power tools, welders, and testing devices

Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience required

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge

Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals

Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

SAP experience and spreadsheet proficiency are a plus

Technical training or certifications preferred but not required

Finishing Operator:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate finishing machinery for folding carton production

Review job tickets, monitor production specs, and ensure product quality

Perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance as needed

Lead and oversee operator assistants, packers, and inspectors on the production line

Accurately track output and errors in production logs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1–3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read job specs, use measuring tools, and work independently

Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety

Flexibility to work on day shift and then move to swing shift

Lead Plate Maker:

Key Responsibilities:

Create and quality-check printing plates to support plant production

Manage Epson proofs and job bag organization

Monitor hot folders for plate files and output exact repeat plates from server

Maintain and clean plating equipment to plant standards

Communicate with scheduling and operations to support production schedules

Maintain supply inventory and coordinate reordering as needed

Report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Follow and help develop SOPs and process improvements

Stay up to date with new product releases and assist in training others

Qualifications:

Prior experience in plate making, prepress, or print production preferred

Strong understanding of printing/converting processes

Comfortable leading processes and organizing team tasks

Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing equipment maintenance

Competent computer skills; SAP, Microsoft Office, and prepress software knowledge preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Press Operator Assistant:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Press Operator with all aspects of press operation

Run the press during operator absences

Supervise press feeder and helper team

Help with make-readies, cleaning blankets, and roller changes

Maintain accurate SAP/PEAK reporting and job prep paperwork

Support plant schedules and quality standards

Follow safety procedures and report any hazards

Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1–3 years of manufacturing or print-related experience preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to follow directions and take initiative

Must not be colorblind
