Marketing - We can provide housing! LGBTQ+ friendly

This is a unique opportunity for the right person. We have hundreds of items that need to be sold online. Everything to be posted online is for a minimum of $20. Everything else (less than $20) will be sold at flea markets, park and swaps, etc. There are thousands more items that will be sold that way. We will pay you a base hourly wage plus a commission for everything sold. The commission will be based on the item and the amount of work you put in to sell it. Everything to be sold is here on our property.

You will need to take pictures, create an ad and post it to the appropriate sell sites and/or social media. Monitor the sites daily and correspond with the potential purchaser, set up appointments for them to view or assist in shipping it out. Feel free to use AI. Don't really care how you get this stuff sold. We just need it all gone. We are a house of work smarter not harder.

As stated in the title, we can also provide housing for the right person after 90 days. You wouldn't live in our house; it would be in an RV on our property. Completely private with free Wi-Fi and Spectrum cable.

You must also be an LGBTQ+ ally. This is non-negotiable. Bonus if you can help me decorate a room or two. Additional bonus if you're good with gardens. Triple bonus if you're crafty! Anything you help me with that wouldn't be commission eligible will be paid a higher hourly.
