The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity for someone who loves working with fresh, local ingredients, enjoys collaborating in a small-team environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality, thoughtfully plated dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s seasonal menu and recipes.
Assist in plating and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service during shifts.
Assist with inventory management, ingredient prep, and stocking as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen, preferably in farm-to-table or seasonal cuisine.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of fresh, local ingredients and seasonal cooking techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
