The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.Duties and Responsibilities Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Provides clerical support to the HR department.Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, wellness events, and social events.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Performs additional duties as assigned
