Hiring New Farm Crew Member - Join Our Team

Hello!

We’re a family-owned and operated farm just outside of Phoenix, OR, best known for our Annual Harvest Festival (we love a good pumpkin patch!). Now heading into our 21st year, we also host concerts, private/corporate parties, and other outdoor events — keeping us quite busy, which means we could use some additional help coming into Harvest Festival season!

We’re looking for motivated, hands-on team members to help with daily projects, Harvest Festival setup and take down, and overall farm upkeep.

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and professional

- Works well with a team

- Basic knowledge of construction, irrigation, and farming practices

- Tractor driving experience (required)

- Small & large engine maintenance skills (a plus)

- Valid driver’s license + ability to pass a background check

- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule & Pay:

- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hrs/week)

- Seasonal schedule shifts, especially during October for Harvest Festival

- Starting at $18/hr.+ DOE
