CAREGIVER OPPORTUNITY – Seeking compassionate individual to join our team immediately on night shift!

ABOUT US:

We are a warm and welcoming adult foster home located in the heart of Tigard, Oregon, caring for five live-in residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that values the dignity, individuality, and diversity of each resident. With an on-site manager and a dedicated team, we strive to provide exceptional care for aging and disabled adults.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a RELIABLE and COMPASSIONATE caregiver to become part of our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and foster a caring and positive atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assist residents with daily tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

-Administer medications following proper guidelines.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.

-Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

-Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and meet dietary needs.

-Support residents with mobility and safe transfers.

-Care for individuals with medical needs or disabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Previous caregiving experience is PREFERRED but not required.

-Familiarity with medication administration procedures.

-Proficiency in English.

-Ability to pass a background check

-Pre-service dementia training (can be completed after hire).

-HCBS online training (can be completed after hire).

-Inclusive care online training (can be completed after hire).

-CPR and First Aid certification (can be completed after hire).

WHAT WE OFFER:

-Competitive pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

-Full-time night shifts (12-hour shifts)

-Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
