Front Desk - Healthcare Clinic

Renū Progressive Medicine is a private practice with 2 locations.

Our main location is located in Hood River. We have 3 doctors at the location.

We also have a smaller, but very busy clinic with 1 doctor in Nehalem, Oregon.

The owner works at both locations, but mostly the Oregon coast location.

Our current managers (1 in Hood River and 1 remote) are amazing and oversee both locations at this time.

With the current growth of the company, we need a person, locally, at the Nehalem practice to help with certain duties. These duties will include, but are not limited to the following: checking patients in/out, taking payments and copays, ordering and restocking supplies (supplements, medical supplies), answering phone calls, and scheduling patients.

Another skill set - that would be a plus, but not necessary - having a medical assistant background. With that said, we would rather have a strong manager than a medical assistant.

We have goals to grow this practice and are looking for someone that would want to grow with the company and eventually take on more duties as we expand.

The current position will be Tuesday through Thursday, from 7:30am-4:30pm, to start.

Dr. Du Moulin, the owner, sees patients 3 days a week, with 1/2 day Friday at this time.
