Food truck manager

Wild Ride Brewery's newest addition to the food cart scene is looking for a manager. We have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and know the value of a good team and pay competitively for reliable team members. The qualified applicant will know what it takes to manage a team through day-to-day scheduling and team supervision as well as ordering and communication with owner/operator. Only serious and seasoned individuals with a knowledge of today's hospitality environment encouraged to apply.

We are open 5 days a week Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday closed and days off. Our business hours are 11AM-10PM.

Pay is salary base of $4000 a month, plus 7% of net profit sharing and tips. This means qualified applicants should gross a minimum of $6000 per month.
