Farm Field Laborer and Equipment Operator on Organic Seed Farm

We are an organic vegetable and flower seed farm looking for someone to join our team in Dayton, OR growing over 100 types of seed.

Tasks will include:

- Harvesting, threshing and cleaning seed

- Operating farm equipment

- Planting, weeding and irrigating crops

- Assist as needed with misc farm tasks

Previous farm experience is required.

English fluency required and bi-lingual with Spanish preferred.

M-F, 40 hr work week, year-round
