Customer service Retail Cannabis Associate

We are a licensed cannabis retail shop looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to join us as a Part-Time Morning Associate.

We need someone who is reliable for opening shifts and who truly enjoys helping people. Style and individuality are always welcome here, but kindness and respect for our customers are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:

Greet every customer warmly and assist with product selection

Provide consistent, respectful service to ensure a welcoming experience

Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized

Support smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Must be 21+ with valid ID and can pass background check, or have your Marijuana handlers permit

Retail or customer service experience required (cannabis experience preferred but not mandatory)

Knowledgeable or eager to learn about cannabis products and compliance

Consistent morning availability with reliable transportation
