Customer Service Position

Juniper Paper and Supply, part of the Walter E Nelson Company is looking for a customer service person to join our team.

Position:

Customer Service/order entry/assist with Will Call customers

Position objectives:

Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries, order entry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities and Duties with customers:

Helping customers on the phone and in person. Handles customer calls and walk-in customers courteously

Identifies company and self when answering phones

Follows up on customer concerns, inquiries and order status

Reviews buying history with customers

Process customer orders

Responsibilities with Accounts:

Maintains open lines of communication with sales team.

Full time: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5pm

Salary: $21 per hour
