We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction and carpentry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects organized, on schedule, and completed to high standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and support crews in general construction and carpentry tasks

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Track progress and communicate regularly with project managers

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

Proven experience in construction and carpentry

Valid driver’s license

Basic hand and power tools

Ability to lead and motivate a crew

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must be dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
