Remove and reinstall carpeting in 1 bedroom. Exterior - remove, reinstall wood trim and paint around garage door and small areas of siding. Rent house make ready. Accepting bids until 9/6/25.

Pay is on job completion. I will provide major materials. This is a contract labor position and not employment.
