The Manufacturing Process Engineer will identify, evaluate, and initiate continuous improvement processes related to Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) functions in a manufacturing environment.  Collaborate and work with plant production and support groups to ensure a standard of consistency, accountability, and sound decision-making for production, profitability control, machine maintenance and preventative programs, R&D initiatives, and compliance requirements. Essential Functions/ResponsibilitesPartner with cross-functional teams to apply lean principles and CNC expertise to improve manufacturing processes and support new product launches.Develop, validate, and maintain CNC programs, fixtures, and manufacturing methods; support first production runs and fine-tune processes as needed.Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, reducing cycle times, increasing throughput, and lowering costs on high-volume parts.Analyze manufacturing costs, identify inefficiencies, and work with Engineering and Operations to improve profitability and hit cost targets.Support preventive maintenance efforts to keep equipment reliable and minimize production downtime.Collaborate with Engineering on R&D and prototype builds, helping transition new designs into stable, repeatable production.Support ISO 9001, EHS, and quality requirements by maintaining accurate documentation, following standard processes, and participating in audits.Ensure inspection processes, calibrations, and certifications are completed accurately to meet quality and customer requirements.Assist with work instructions, fixtures, RMAs, supplier inspection records, and other production documentation as needed.
