As a HVAC National Technical Training Service Manager within our Ducted Systems (DS) business, you will work with distributor local companies focused on Residential, Commercial and Ductless products, equipment, applications and customer satisfaction. This role is a key line of support for our customers and will be involved with the distributor sales, service, training and warranty team members to provide support for DS product. You will also have a full understanding of our products, the distribution channel partnership and our business goals and strategies and will present product information to internal and external audiences.Job ResponsibilitiesChannel Support & TrainingSupport Residential Unitary Distribution channel development with assigned partnersDeliver process and personnel training for distributor teamsCoordinate technical service launches for new distributorsProvide product knowledge and application support across Residential and Commercial linesConduct job site support and customer satisfaction activitiesLead damage and injury investigations related to field product issuesAssist with start-up/commissioning and critical problem resolutionTechnical Communication & ToolsPresent product information to internal and external audiencesParticipate in service advisory councils, technical conferences, and distributor meetingsProvide Level 3 technical support and situational awareness using Salesforce, SAS, SAP, and other toolsSupport factory quality concerns through training and collaboration with product management and DS AcademyContribute to new product introduction processes by sharing customer insights and field feedbackCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with pricing, application engineering, customer service, and factory scheduling teamsAssist in commercial demand planning and distributor ERP updatesEscalate and resolve technical issues in partnership with commercial tech support
