Manage and lead teams: Directing and supporting plumbing teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and mentorship.

Resolve issues: Addressing conflicts, promptly handling concerns, and managing warranty calls and call-backs.

2. Strategy and Business Growth:

Develop departmental strategy: Contributing to the overall business strategy and aligning plumbing operations with company goals.
