Job Title: Residential Solar Panel Installer

Location: Toledo, OH (and surrounding towns)

Pay: $33 per KW (Average $264 per installation), Full-time position

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in solar installation required

Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install PV racking and solar panels

- Load and unload equipment and solar panels

- Drive company truck to and from warehouse and customer locations

- Clean and clear customer houses of debris and obstructions

- Work as part of a crew alongside 2-3 other installers and a foreman

Job Requirements:

- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment including power and non-powered hand tools, drills,

- Understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions effectively

- Communicate efficiently with management and supervision

- Lift in excess of 50 lbs. throughout the workday

- Minimum 1 year experience in solar installation required
