Experience operating a Skidsteer like a pro, able to grade, not hit stuff etc.

A good insurable drivers license with experience driving standard shift dump trucks and trailering small equipment.

Be reliable and ready to get the job done, dont waste my time, if you are not on your "A" game we are not going to work out no time for dummies, druggies or excuse makers.
