Traveling between multiple properties

May require a rotation of working weekend and evening "on call' emergency services

Qualifications

Must have knowledge in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing and all aspects of building maintenance

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position

Works 'hands on' as a team participating along with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets quality standards set by Ebner Properties

Proof of a valid driver\s license

Pre-employment background and drug test is required
