Lumber Yard Attendant

Our family-owned lumber yard is looking for an attendant to work in the yard. Job responsibilities include:

Unloading and loading material manually or using a forklift

Providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service and assisting them with loading of lumber and materials

Pulling orders for will call and delivery

Maintaining inventory by labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock.

Assisting with Inventory Control in counting and organizing materials.

Process checkouts as well as monitor the yard.

Knowledge of lumber, building materials, and forklift operation are a plus, but we are willing to train.
