Excavator Operator

We are seeking s SKILLED Excavator Operator experience in structural demolition and site work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and jobsite safety, with the ability as part of demolition crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate excavators and related heavy equipment to perform building structure demolition.

Follow all safety procedures and communicate clearly with the ground crew

Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment

Load out debris and materials efficiently and safely

Assist with site clean up, grading, and preparation when needed.

Work in coordination with project supervisors to maintain schedules and site safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

PROVEN experience operating excavators for structural demolition (commercial or industrial)

Strong understanding of safe demolition practices and heavy equipment operation

Ability to read and follow jobsite plans and supervisor directions.

Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

PREFERRED but NOT Required:

CDL Class A or B license

Experience hauling heavy equipment using a lowboy or similar trailer.
