We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our technical and account management teams to deliver timely and effective solutions, maintaining our high standards of service.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues.Provide product guidance and training to clients as needed.Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership until resolution.Document customer interactions and solutions in the company’s CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure.
