In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure their needs are met, and work to exceed their expectations at every step of the event planning process. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and flawless execution. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.Manage client accounts from the initial consultation through to the event completion.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client requirements are met.Provide regular updates and reports on project status to clients and management.Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
