Now Hiring – Contract Cleaners (3+ Positions Available)

We are seeking three (3) motivated and detail-oriented 1099 contractors to join our growing cleaning team, with additional opportunities for Airbnb cleaning work. Candidates must be willing to sign a service contract, pass a background check, and wear the company-provided uniform with professionalism and integrity.

Available Positions

1. Westlake Apartment Hallways & Auto Part Store

Position Type: Solo cleaner

Schedule: Flexible daytime hours

Pay: $680 every two weeks

Duties: Maintain cleanliness of apartment hallways and auto parts store

2. Commercial Night Cleaning Crew (2 Positions)

Position Type: Night cleaning team

Start Date: Mid-September (positions will remain ongoing if contract is extended)

Schedule: 3–5 nights per week

Pay: Competitive – discussed during interview

Duties: Full janitorial services for a commercial client

3. Airbnb Cleaning Opportunities (Ongoing)

Position Type: As-needed and recurring cleans

Schedule: Varies by booking – day and weekend availability preferred

Pay: Per clean – discussed during interview

Duties: Turnover cleaning, linen service, and restocking

Requirements (All Positions)

Must pass a background check

Reliable transportation required

Previous janitorial/commercial cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable and punctual
