The Biologicals Specialist will strive to be an industry-leading source of biological product information and a key training resource for our internal sales teams and customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and their function within key crops. Showcasing our current products, as well as new technologies, in demonstration plots with key customers is another focus area.Territory: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan Duties:Territory Planning: Develop annual business plans with key retailers and conduct quarterly reviews to achieve sales milestones.Sales Achievement: Meet sales targets using Qlik reporting and monthly reviews with area managers to track progress and adjust tactics. Technical Training: Provide internal and external training on biological products to establish Syngenta as the industry technical leader. Demo Trials: Organize product trials to generate yield data for marketing and support new product launches.Sales Forecasting: Complete monthly rolling forecasts using Excel to project current and future sales performance.
