We at Carvana are adding Automotive Body and Paint professionals of all levels to our team at our Inspection Center in Trenton, OH.

1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (40-hour week + OT)

Hourly Wage: Depends on experience

We are looking for someone who has 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.

As an Experienced Auto Body/Paint Professional, you’ll be expected to train other autobody technicians and perform extensive paint or bodywork on multiple panels, including:

Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application

Correcting fish-eyes as they appear in the paint

Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths

Heavy plastic welding/stapling

Heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding

Roof and rocker panel repair

Large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair)

Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application
