You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in these technical domains.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionalsUtilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidatesScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fitCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptionsManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboardingMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate dataStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and cybersecurityAttend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and promote the company's employer brandProvide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicatorsContribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience
