We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standardsMake beds and change linens as requiredReplenish guest amenities, toiletries, and other suppliesVacuum, dust, and mop floors in assigned areasReport any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisorAssist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met promptlyFollow proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipmentAdhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all timesCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionMaintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations
