Job Summary

As the Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You’ll support our legal team by managing front-desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and helping maintain a professional and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in person

Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies

Perform data entry and basic document preparation

Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries

Assist with general office upkeep and organization

Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable with computers and willing to learn office software

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

No previous legal or office experience is necessary—training will be provided.
