Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.Define the transition vision, mission, and objectives for the addressed business domain(s)Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalizationEngage effectively with Key StakeholdersWork closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.Design and execute change management, communication, and transition management plans.Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practicesCreate and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.
