Working Labor Foreman (Carpentry Experience Required)

Imperium Construction Services is seeking a Working Labor Foreman with carpentry experience to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage labor teams, coordinate logistics, and contribute directly to job site work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on carpentry and general labor tasks

- Supervise and coordinate field laborers across multiple job sites

- Manage and report labor hours to the office

- Read and interpret construction drawings

- Coordinate with site superintendents to schedule and assign laborers

- Handle material purchasing and delivery logistics

- Lead and execute special projects, including documentation and reporting

- Maintain site cleanliness, tool inventory, and safety protocols

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

- Ability to read and understand construction plans

- Experience supervising construction labor crews

- Strong carpentry and general construction skills

- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van

- Physically able to lift and move heavy materials

- Reliable, organized, and proactive communicator
