Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.

Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.

Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring stock availability.

Perform stocking duties to keep shelves well-stocked and organized.

Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities.

Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.

Apply basic math skills for transactions and retail math calculations.

Foster strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
