Sales Associate

Kaight is a boutique in Beacon, NY specializing in independent and emerging designer collections with a strong focus on sustainability. We are seeking a sales associates with both weekday and weekend availability.

Job duties include:

Providing friendly and helpful customer service, while helping guide customers to the right style, fit and size

Managing customer service issues, including returns and product fulfillment

Assisting with inventory management, including online order fulfillment, processing incoming deliveries, and processing returns.

General store maintenance and all that comes with maintaining a beautiful, aesthetic space, including general cleaning, sweeping, dusting, etc.

Readying incoming product for the sales floor: steaming, folding, hanging and merchandising inventory as needed.

Helping to generate content for social media platforms

Cultivating and maintaining good customer relationships

Requirements:

Must have an enthusiasm for fashion and customer service.

Must have boutique retail and customer service experience

Must enjoy working closely with customers in a stylist capacity, and be are able to deliver superior customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Must be a capable problem-solver able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have a positive attitude and upbeat disposition and are able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Must be able to work collaboratively with coworkers and share responsibilities
