RN Vaccination Supervisor

Location: Long Island City, NY

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise vaccine-related activities and LPN staff at all clinical sites

Coordinate and monitor vaccine supplies across locations

Manage medication inventory and ordering for healthcare providers

Handle all aspects of vaccine reporting, ordering, and returns for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program and other TFH vaccine initiatives

Administer vaccines to patients and staff as needed

Lead and support vaccine excursion protocols

Manage the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR), including:

Vaccine lot tracking at each site

Removal of expired or depleted vaccines

CIR user account management

Annual re-enrollment for each clinic

Monthly and quarterly vaccine ordering

Monitoring active pediatric patients within TFH clinics

Submit annual flu vaccine compliance reports to the NYS DOHMH

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer and Clinic Projects Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

Pediatric experience is required

Proven experience in vaccine administration and managing immunization programs

Substantive experience working with the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR)

Supervisory and clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

License and Certification:

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
