The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team by managing post-sales processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the post-sales process, meticulously reviewing and processing new customer applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product details, and any inquiries, providing timely and comprehensive responses.
Foster and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently.
Liaise with sales representatives to accurately address customers' sales-related queries and provide necessary support.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively support our sales efforts.
Assist in organizing and participating in relevant trade shows, actively engaging with attendees at the Valor PayTech booth.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or account management.
Prior experience of 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, etc., and MS Outlook is required.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Capacity to adapt and learn new skills quickly in a rapidly evolving industry.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Social media experience, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, is advantageous.
Experience working in trade show booths or public venues is a plus.
