Fast-paced specialty food manufacturer is immediately hiring a highly motivated dough maker for laminating puff pastry dough on a Rondo sheeter SS0677. Must be energetic, focused and give attention to detail for high quality products. This position requires ability to work with little supervision after training. Reliability a must.
We will train the right candidate for this full time permanent position. Experience in bread/dough making preferred. Must be analytical and handy.

Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day. Able to carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull racks of dough. Must have good eye-sight
Must follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Must clean equipment and workstations at the end of the shift or product change
Must follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards
Long term employment at a job preferred
Shift: Monday – Friday: 7am to 3:30pm (overtime available in the fall/winter)
