Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible shifts), with potential to transition to full-time quickly based on performance

Pay: $15-$25/hour, negotiable based on experience and skills

We’re seeking a versatile Refurbishment Specialist to join our electronics renewal team, emphasizing strong painting and refinishing skills while handling a variety of hands-on tasks. If you excel in surface preparation and coating applications and are proactive about jumping into cleaning, renewing, and operational support, this role is for you.

We prioritize candidates with painting expertise, but no other experience is required – we’ll provide on-the-job training for additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform painting and refinishing on device shells and accessories: Prepare surfaces (sanding, priming, cleaning), apply paints/coatings, repair cracks/imperfections, and ensure color matching for high-quality results

Clean and renew electronic items through component replacement, testing, and quality checks

Assist with operational tasks like shipment preparation, packaging, inventory handling, and other ad-hoc duties to maintain smooth workflows

Research materials for projects, set up work areas (such as paint booths), and meet production quotas with a focus on efficiency and quality

Be adaptable: Take on varied duties and contribute to process improvements

Priority Skills and Experience:

Proven background in painting and refinishing (e.g., as a refinisher, coating specialist, or in industrial/auto body work)

Proficiency in surface prep techniques, application methods (spray, brush, etc.), material selection, and setting up/maintaining paint booths or controlled environments

Bonus: Familiarity with cleaning/renewing items, basic repairs, or logistics like shipping/packaging

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do mindset
