Key Responsibilities:
Create and issue customer invoices using QuickBooks or internal systems
Enter and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
Support the accounting team with data entry and organization
Communicate with clients regarding billing questions or invoice details
Assist with general administrative duties (filing, scanning, organizing documents)
Provide support to office staff as needed
