About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactively helpful Office Administrator to keep our studio operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a creative team, managing logistics, and staying on top of details.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to basic phone reception.
- Communicate with colleagues and vendors via email, text, in-person with frequent updates.
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Prepare invoices, log and track payments.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, professional, and proactive attitude
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
