- Prior moving experience is a plus but not necessary

- Ability to lead a crew and ensure seamless operations

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients as the face of our team

- Availability for early days and Saturdays

- CDL not required but welcomed

- Willing to move furniture and boxes on a daily basis.
