Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. The Maintenance Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring that our residents, staff, and visitors have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs throughout the facility.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and safety features.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

Assist with groundskeeping and general upkeep of the property.

Support compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of general maintenance.

Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Previous maintenance experience preferred, healthcare setting experience a plus.

Schedule: Full-time position with occasional on-call responsibilities.
