We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead the operations of our high-end salon. The right candidate will bring a balance of strong leadership, customer service, and business management skills to ensure our salon runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and top-quality customer service
Manage and support a team of stylists, colorists, assistants, and front desk staff
Create staff schedules, handle payroll approvals, and manage time-off requests
Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective upselling, retail sales, and client retention strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and poise
Track inventory and place orders for products and supplies
Train, motivate, and mentor staff to achieve performance goals and grow professionally
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both staff and clients
Understanding of salon services, products, and industry trends
Comfortable working with POS systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools
