Coming to Spencerport in fall of 2025 is a place that will be doing primarily take out food other than in summer when the patio is available, will be serving fried foods, pizzas, sandwiches, salads, burgers. We are looking for a manager who can run all day to day operations including cooking sautee, fryers, grill, dishwashing, able to answer phones, greet customers. Most of the time you will have another cook working with you or an owner to help but until it gets going there will be times where you will be the only person working. Must have experience as a manager and a cook. The job will not involve any responsibilities of banking, counting cash at end of shift, handling food orders, it is a operational manager position to start with. Chance of ownership including a location of your own once proven. Job is in Spencerport, the training will take place in Greece at sister location. You will have a say in menu items, setting up kitchen, items needed to be purchased.
