Lead Framer/Carpenter

I’m building a team and looking for a steady, reliable, and honest right-hand man to take the lead on framing and carpentry projects. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow quickly into full-time for the right person. What I’m Looking For:

Strong framing and carpentry skills

Calculating and clearly communicating measurements

Steady and reliable — showing up ready to work every time

Position Details:

Pay starts at $27/hr or based on experience

Part-time to start, with fast growth to full-time possible

Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and expand your skill set

I’m looking for a dependable partner in building this crew — not just an employee

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

Experience with window installation, flooring, trim, or other specialized trades

Leadership experience in construction or carpentry crews

Job Locations:

Projects are located all over Connecticut.
