Hi-end Construction Company based on Long Island seeks WORKING JOB FOREMAN/LEADER for RESIDENTIAL jobs on Long Island and NYC. Experience in all aspects of construction.
Oversee the activities at residential construction job sites. Supervise Construction Team Progress/ Performance. Experienced Carpenter in all phases of construction including framing, masonry, etc. Responsibilities include: Ensuring adherence to state and local codes, arranging for necessary equipment/supplies, keeping construction project costs and deadlines on budget. Must monitor work to be done daily and keep team on timeline.
Ability to get to jobs on Long Island and NYC.
Minimum 10 Years experience + Project Supervisor, Quality Management. Strong oral and written communication skills. Legal to work in U.S., Valid Driver's License
