Job Description:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and priming

- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting

- Repair cracks, holes, and other damage to walls, ceilings, etc.

- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, sprayers, or rollers

- Clean up job sites by removing debris and ensuring all equipment is properly stored

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment

- Communicate with Lead Foremen, Project Manager and Operations Manager to work as a team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional painting experience on a crew (not just side jobs or DIY work)

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Respect for customers, teammates, and property

- Reliable transportation and consistent availability

- Must be able to work on your feet most of the day

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

- 38-42 hours per week on average

- Monday through Friday

- Occasional overtime opportunities on nights and/or weekends

Compensation:

- $20-$24/hr based on experience with room to grow

- Paid Holidays

Location:

- On the road, projects located in Greater Rochester area

- Shop and office located in East Rochester
