Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Harvesting Technician who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—literally. This is a tough, physical, outdoor job that demands grit, and endurance You’ll be on your feet, rain or shine, hot or cold, working with a large team to harvest crops at peak freshness and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Follow all company standards for timing, quality, and productivity.

Work flexible hours, especially during harvest periods.

Operate equipment only if trained, and always follow safe operating procedures.

Handle all tools and equipment with care and respect.

Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety guidelines.

Adhere to all company policies, including safety, health, and conduct standards.

Monitor and report pest or disease issues to your supervisor, including type, location, and severity.

Be punctual and accurately log hours using the company’s time-tracking system.

Support various tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to work outdoors on your feet for extended periods

No fear of physical labor, dirt, or harsh weather

Reliability and punctuality are a must

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Positive attitude and strong team player

Previous Greenhouse, Farm, Agriculture, landscaping or cannabis experience a plus—but not required
